I am a prolific teacher with both graduate and post graduate experience in teaching and lecturing. I am a result oriented individual who is very patient and detailed when dealing with learners. My goal is aimed at getting perfection from learners as far as competence is concerned. I am resilient and jovial. My content delivery is learner - centred, always starting from known to unknown. I use discovery method, where I let the learner brainstorm in order for concepts to be fully grasped. I pay attention to detail at the same time allowing the learner to discover their strengths. I use a learner's weakness as a building block for new knowledge. Through my initiative, a learner's world view is enhanced.
I am available at any given time when the learner feels that they need my attention. I create time out of my busy schedules to meet and deliver content to my learners. I am approachable and down to earth. I am open- minded and always questing for knowledge to gather new ideas and knowledge that I can impart to my learners. I give immediate feedback to my learners before embarking on new challenges.
