I first start by introducing simple terms as we advance to the complex. I give out quiz/test to know if my student has understood and where they need help I step in.
Am also a flexible teacher depending on the students.
I give room to any queries or any concerns the student may have.
I make sure we go through the raised concerns with the students until he/she is satisfied or is now conversant with the content tought that was a challenge to them.
I also offer assistance to students for those who want assistance in their assignments/homework.
