Hi, Everyone ! My Name is ALKA SINGH, and I am thrilled to be your online tutor.
I have a degree in Bachelor of Science in nursing from Govt. Medical. College & Hospital, Sector-32, CHANDIGARH, Affiliated with PANJAB UNIVERSITY and have completed my internship of 6 months from the same hospital as well and I have been teaching biology ( GRADE +1 and +2) and other medical subjects since 6 years. Also, I have been experienced in teaching ( ALL SUBJECTS OF B.SC. NURSING including FUNDAMENTALS IN NURSING, ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY, PSYCHOLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY, MEDICAL-SURGICAL NURSING, COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING, CHILD HEALTH NURSING, MENTAL HEALTH NURSING, PHARMACOLOGY AND MIDWIFERY & OBSTETRICAL NURSING etc., for a period of about 5 years and have overall Teaching experience of 11 years ( including offline + online ). I also a have clinical experience of working as a Nursing Officer in the hospital premises of 2 years and have a 6 months experience of working as a clinical Nursing tutor. With the passage of time, I have come to know that Teaching is my passion, and I love nothing more than helping students develop their skills and achieve their academic goals. I also like to incorporate real- world examples and applications into my lessons to help students see the relevance and practicality of their learning.
My Teaching Style is focused on building a strong foundation of knowledge and then building upon it to help students reach their full potential. In my class, I like to use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive presentations, group discussions, and hands-on activities. Everyone has a unique learning style, and its my job to adapt my teaching approach to meet each student's needs.
My Goal as a tutor is to help you achieve your academic goals and develop a love for learning that will last a lifetime and believe me, you ( learners ) will enjoy my class and leave the session Stress- free. :)
Other than Teaching, I enjoy reading, self grooming, meditation, yoga and brisk walking while feeling close to the nature and likes every ways possible to upgrade my skills and abilities, as l always look forward to new ways to learn and grow and I'm excited to get to know all of you and work together to help you achieve academic success !
