I am a teacher who believes that every learner has their own pace so i handle every learner according to their capabilities and work together step by step. I use relatable examples and resources within the learners reach to make sure that the learner can understand and is able to apply whatever they learn in day to day activities of the day. I also would make effort to ensure that at the end of the day a new skill is acquired as a form of motivation for the learner so that the lessons are more captivating and fruitful
