Having worked at Ocep College for 3 years and at Straight A's tutor, I feel my own personal ethos align with the school mission and core values of Excellence, leadership, respect and teamwork I including development of students as whole individual whilst instilling knowledge, skills and confidence to empower them.

I have been exposed to various teaching styles and learners' profiles. I have had the opportunity to improve my cross curricular teaching practices, as well as developing educational insights and communication skills.

I always go beyond what is required to receive positive outcomes because I know this greatly impacts the students' lives inside and outside the classroom.

I ensure language literacy and numeracy skills in combination with regular assessments for studemt are embedded within my teaching and learning practices.

I always try to incorporate students' background, thir perspectives, and interests in the learning program. I pride myself on developing a positive relationship with ym learners and knowing each student as an individual.

I was always faced with mixed ability levels across classes. It was necessary for me to design lessons thay not only cater for students that are average but also those who are excelling, those who were below, including EAL learners and the students with special needs.

Also it is part of my responsibility to prepare and clearly differentiate the work and formulate a plan for students in need to understand the lesson and achieve his/her ability or year level.
