I am Umer Islam .I am working as a home tutor from 2011 and joined school Education Department as a teacher in 2018. In department I am working as a School Headmaster where my duties are the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. I am responsible for preparing lesson plans and educating students at all levels. My duties include assigning homework, grading tests, and documenting progress. I am able to instruct in a variety of subjects and reach students with engaging lesson plans. I am also responsible, Supervising Teachers to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment
