I treat every student equally and make sure that everyone is learning and understanding every concept and every topic. I assign a balance amount of assignment which any student can complete easily. I actively listen to the queries and concerns of every student. I motivate my students to achieve their best. I adjust my teaching methods to meet the needs of my students.
