I always try to teach a student according to his/her comfort ness that means try to understand actually either he will respond or not and giving my best to make everything clear as long as she will not understand...I will make sure to give all the importance to the student not because of its just my job i believe its my duty.The method which i use is to teach the student is free bonding so that student dont hesitate to share her problem what she dont understand and i want to make sure it thank you...
