I have taught Quran recitation and tajweed for 2.5 years (both online and in person) to KG, 4th graders, and 9th graders. I teach the Hafs method of Quran recitation. I also love to discuss the meanings of the Quran and teach it to others, especially how it applies to every individual in their daily life.

It’s important to teach the Quran with patience and to be both soft mannered when the situation requires and firm when the situation requires. But the overall, goal is to have the student love the Quran through the process.
