I use hand on style on my learners hear we do practical in what we are learning .Best part of my teaching is patient which helps me to know whether my learners have grasp the concepts and overcome the difficult .interacting with learners and knowing their strength and weaknesses and knowing how to deal with them and helping the learner to me it seems like an great achievement .The pace of my learner is all that matters to me as his teacher and also providing encouragement and constructive feedback makes me feel like an great mwalimu.
