I’m a special educator with 1 year experience and I’m also speech therapist and i also put my 100% efforts for my students. Special educators work with students with learning differences, disabilities, or special needs to provide them with quality education and support. They are responsible for identifying students who are having challenges and addressing them with a variety of strategies. Some of their most important responsibilities include:
Special education teaching styles are the methods and approaches that teachers use to meet the diverse and individual needs of their pupils with SEN. There is no one best teaching style for all pupils with SEN, as different styles may suit different pupils, subjects, and contexts.
Good teachers have strong relationships with their students by being warm, available, and kind. They reach out to parents often, with both updates and concerns. They also work with administrators and other teachers to improve their own teaching as well as the schools at which they teach.

Adaptability
Great teachers are able to adapt to change and evaluate what's working and what isn't for their students.

good teacher is one who is able to explain and demonstrate concepts in a variety of ways for a variety of different learners and learning styles. A good teacher is a good learner—they learn how their student(s) learn—and modify their teaching accordingly.
