I've been teaching English Subject and language since last eighteen years.I believe in concept clarity and satisfaction of the students.I try to teach with interactive teaching metthology wherever I deem it appropriate.I want students to ask questions for their understanding of the topic.. I try my level best to give exposure to the students. I want to develop reading and research habits of learners.I want to perform my role of facilitator and research habits and works of learners.I am strongly convinced that aspect of motivation is an integral aspec of teachers, therefore,I always remain in search of to play my role as an effective motivated.
