I teaches students using a real life scenarios, and also adopt mnemonics for retention . These had helped me a lot in my teachings and also improved the students performance immensely.
I also engaged the students in extracurricular activities such as:
Playing games that involve boosting there knowledge in mathematics e.g playing of prodigy games and so on.
Moreover, I give support and also encourage the weak students and give them extra coaching during their leisure period.
