I teach students by focusing them on work by repetition. I make students participative and I use teaching materials. My students are given time to exercise and are well treated during lesson time. I do not shout at them or insult them. During lessons, I proceed with different activities so that learners may not get tired. To check learners progress, there is time for students to practice what they have just learnt before the end of lesson. When students seem to be tired, I procced with games so as to relax and go ahead with the lesson. I give students homework so that they may practice what they learn being at home during free time. Before the start of the following lesson, we make correction of the homework after which I introduce them to the new lesson. An student must participate and ask questions when there is a problem of understanding the lesson so that I can repeat it. I inculcate learners with creativity spirit when doing their exercise so that they may think different possible answers to any exercises.
