Hi,
Well, in terms of fitness levels, I would say I am active - typically this means I do on average 60 min of exercise daily. However, there are days when I go over the 90 min especially if I am cycling or going for treks. So in terms of level, I would put myself between moderate and intense.
My fitness goals are quite simple. I want to ensure I am in good health. For this, I ensure to exercise, diet and rest. I used to look at weight loss as a measurable goal, but not anymore. I also ensure I get a full health check once a year to ensure my BP, cholesterol, etc is all in the good range.
