I have always been passionate about teaching. in-fact I switched from banking to teaching for the same reason. I believe what ever a student learns, he/she should once and for all be clear with the concepts. A teacher i feel should be patient, persistent and very understanding towards the child.

I have always maintained the level of teaching as per the students capability and not as per the std or age.

I try to make them solve a lot of worksheets online once the concept is clear so that i can understand the Childs weak points and correct him then and there.
