My teaching technique is what I coined from the word S.I.R.F
S stands for simplicity: This is one of the techniques which helps student to understand a topic using simple and understandable words.
For example:
Instead of highlight the genres of Literature
Use List the genres of Literature.

I stands for Instrument: This is a very important technique and teaching aid which is used to carry student along while teaching, with this kind of technique or aid students in most cases are already familiar with the topic introduced.
For examples: Ball games as topic
Teacher to show some balls used to carry out such activities such as Football ball, basketball ball, Tennis ball, cricket balls and so on.

R stands for Repetition: This is a technique whereby a teacher repeat or make reference to topics taught to test the retaining abilities of students. I uses this technique to get the attention of students, to also know if they're getting what I'm teaching them.
For example:
A verb is a doing word, an action word, a performer in a sentence.
A verb is an action word, a performer, an action word, that its explain what action is being performed in a sentence eg Tony goes to school everyday.
Goes in the above example is the action word.

Feedback or Response: This is another technique which is very important, It just like an instant evaluation to know if students are getting what I'm teaching.
This technique helps me as a teacher to evaluate myself. that is, If I'm doing justice to the topic at hand. This is where creativity also comes in.

After every techniques stated above students should able to
Use simple and understandable words to define or explain any given questions.
List points, give examples
Illustrate or In some cases dramatised if the needs arise.

The following make me a great teacher in my field

Ii. I think outside the box to give my student the best teaching
Iii. I don't encourage laziness
Iv. Their is always evaluation after every class
V. I don't blame people for my mistakes
Vi. As a communicator I understands inter-personal communication, intra-personal communication so be assured that your body language has been taken care of.
Vii. Finally, I'm not just a teacher, I'm a friend and a reliable teacher.
