I am a five year experienced Home Economics teacher who is easy-going, knowledgeable of the content of the subject, jovial and makes use of learning aids to draw students attention and impact extensive knowledge of the topic/subject to her students. I also, go deeper in research to add new knowledge and better ways of impacting my students.
I teach my students using experiential learning which include virtual cooking demonstration, project works and crafts activities. Also, follows up with my student's activities ensuring they are doing the right thing and give corrections where necessary.
I am fluent with the use of digital tools like Zoom, Google meet, Skype, Loom, Collaborative tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Teams and Quizzing tools like Google Forms, Quizlet to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
Furthermore, I like interactive learning where my students are allowed to contribute their knowledge and ask questions.
