I like to go on with a flow in which the student is comfortable. I am a chill teacher but strict on cheating. I would conduct tests after every few days. I also am myself a student I can communicate with students in a way that they would consider me as a friend so that they can share their problems related to subject and we can then solve them so that the ultimate goal of his improvement could be achieved. I would also like the student to give his effort as well because at the end a teacher could help him achieve an A but only by his hard work he could turn that A into an A*.
