I am enthusiastic when it comes to teaching, and I love to see my student progression in the subject. The student's success always remain my priority.
I prefer communicative approach where students are immersed in learning, where the learning is the seamless experience. I believe that engaging your students' minds in teaching & learning process is the key behind the success.
I also prefer students to polish the essential 21st century skills such as critical thinking and creativity during the lessons so that they can excel in practical life as well.

I understand that sometimes the target content (lessons) do not fit my style, but the limitations could be overcome with creativity combined with the learners' motivation.
