Hello! My name is Yuvraj mittal, I am from punjab living in saket, new delhi right now. I have got myself trained in ashtang yog from kanyakumari, tamil nadu. And hatha yoga I learned from netala, uttarakhand. I have attended ice bath and sound healing workshops also. I organized few workshops like for women, mentally disabled children etc. also, I did Vipassana from pushkar ( it's a meditation kinda thing for 10 days) in this you have to stay silent for 10 days even gestures are not allowed and accept life as it is. Well I have give private trainings, group yoga.
