I am someone that believes that every child is a genius, when in connection to a passionate Teacher.
I teach, a child-based learning, where the child learns at his or her pace, no competition until he or she can stand by himself or herself.
I have been able to coach a child that hates the subject to the extent of being aggressive when it's time for class.
After my 1 year Coach, the child didn't just love the subject, She became 2nd Best in her Grade 8 Class.
I get the interest (Heart) of the Child to the Subject before his/her Heard.
Learning must first be Affectionate before Cognitive and Psychomotor.
I teach as if my life depends on the success of the child. I teach for results not for just knowledge, so therefore I make the Maths as real as possible, thereby eliminating too much Abstracts.
This is why most of my students cry when I leave them. This is because is make learning more fun that formal. As we play, we learn.
Maths is one of the easiest subject if you first of all understand the concepts.
