As a dedicated tutor, I employ a student-friendly approach that prioritizes individualized learning experiences. I aim to build students' confidence and motivation while encouraging critical thinking that will further help in higher studies. Through regular feedback and open communication, I ensure that students feel empowered and valued throughout their educational journey. For the last one and a half years, my students have appreciated my teaching style which motivates me to be more supportive towards them. Moreover, my core focus stays on what my students want from me and how I can make them understand what they want. I'm open to any constructive and non-constructive comments so that I can improve myself and my pattern of teaching. Throughout my teaching journey, I always tried to be as friendly and supportive as I could be, according to the teaching environment. The feedback encouraged me more as I mentioned earlier.
