I understand the students way of learning and grasping power accordingly introduce concepts and set achievable targets. I teach concepts with clarity and relatable examples so they don't have to mug up. Try to use key words, Pointers, diagram, or chart for long term memory and quick revision. Have a doubt clearing time after every concept and would prefer that students clear all the queries during class.
Will also guide them with the pattern of writing a exam paper. Gives daily homeworks to be completed for lasting memory. Belief we are working as a team wherein efforts must be put in to improve the academic results .
