I like to understand people's perspectives no matter their quality i believe that it is possible for anyone to succeed if they can put enough hardwork into it. More often or not, struggles are down to people being unable communicate their problems to the teacher due to a fear of failing or shame at the thought of exposing their weakness. I aim to make my students be as open with me as possible for them to never be afraid of letting me know, through this clarity, i wish to make my lessons be as effective as possible for all my students and help them break and set new heights in the journey of learning.
