It is extremely important to read young minds and teach them accordingly. For me teaching is not book and paper ...gamification using technology can scaffold it better.
All the children have unique qualities being a teacher it is our ability to find and polish their skill.
Teacher and student connection and a bond is truly significant as the students can feel easy to communicate their difficulties and feel free to question.
