My teaching method was based on child mentality....I will do my best for them to improvement.. whatever doubt they have,I will clear .my teaching was not reading based..only learning based. Now a days, children have more ability power to understand a concepts and others..so which type we teach is a big matter and all teacher should know the methods also..I am not forcing more homeworks..which type they feel very comfortable..I will provide that suitation to them for learning. ..how was my teaching ..that will shown by the child improvement. I am confidently say that..I can do my best..
