So I make student understand concepts well while having a fruitful environment with them too...
I can communicate, mould up as much I can and try to make them comfortable as possible.
I always belive in making the student fell in love with the subject and not forcefully pressurising them to do it
I always belief in calmness and kindness too
I have reached own kids and other student s for more than 10 year thus having a great outcome too
And always have a great result outcome
