After BS, I started home tuition. My experience says that learners should get the concepts clear. If the concept of one thing is clear then never say it again. And some more things, learners should study by changing methods. And they should say self study because without it nothing is important.Maximum presentation should be taken from the learner and quizs and practical work should be done with it. Some assignment should be taken. And with this the learners should be told jobs so that he can work harder.
