Hi, I'm new here and I could not convince you much with my experience. However, I could tell you that I am passionate and committed with this profession. No matter how, I will put my all on teaching and helping my students.
As for method, I often study my students first to meet their learning needs. Having said that I also have my own kind of teaching style where I would have using the inquiry based learning or socratic method to know how much the students have learned and assess their retention.
