I have taught students not for just completing there syllabus it has to be for their knowledge they should aware of this thing why books have been pened.
As a trainer I want my student to be someone who can achieve what they target of so for that education with wisdom and confidence is must which is my mindset of teaching.
I have students who are just not in India even in abroad who have proved themselves at a higher designation as their roots are strongly coated with write counseling and positive energy.
Subjects can be ready and learn but the main reason behind that printed paper can only be useful once understood and implanted in once life.
Experience and degree does matter but the way to give your effective glance on students works.
One can be a teacher but to be a trainer it requires alot of confidence,self love, positive energy, spiritual life and good sense of humor.
My main motive of being into this profession is to spread knowledge for a fortune world because since the time of early man to the period of Elon Musk it's the knowledge and mindset only which has created the history and possibility of life.
