First of all i understand the focus of the question/text/content and then discuss students problem. I identify the gaps and look for the solution while taking my student on board. I never discourage my students by giving them an impression of their incapability. I always keep communication channel open even when it's not our class time. I'm in touch with my students 24/7 via technology. O never leave their questions unanswered. My goal is student satisfaction, because i know the best reward for a teacher is a satisfied student. This is perhaps the reason I've been a favorite teacher of my students, both on campus and online. Besides teaching and out paid meeting hours, i am ready to help them in their projects and assignments. I personally believe that a teacher must be easily accessible to all the students regardless of their class, race, or gender. Thus this is the core reason why i make sure I am available to all my students 24/7. I always remember how i suffered in my early school days because of my teachers' apathy and disinterested attitude alongside their inaccessibility.
