I love Biology. I teach my passion which helps my students to not only access the content but to appreciate its intricacies. Life is biology and biology is life. It encompasses chemistry, maths and physics as well as the need for abstract thought and a substantial amount of investigative flair. I help my students embrace their learning. I try not to teach to an exam as exams change from year to year. It is more important the student understands the content to such an extent they are able to apply their knowledge to a range of questions. Results achieved by former students has seen them go on to study at their preferred university and pursuing their chosen courses - usually featuring an aspect of Biology at least.
