An Applied Behaviour Analysis Technician working with autistic children. I would describe myself as someone who is diligent, responsible, organized, and works with great passion. My experience as an ABAT,  shadow teacher, combined with my education background in Psychology, has provided me with the expertise to make a valuable contribution to the organization in the position of Behavior Technician.

I have experience implementing individualized treatment plans, enforcing behavior interventions, carrying out VB-MAPP Assessments on children, report writing, program writing and updating daily reports. This experience has helped me acquire necessary skills such as reviewing behavioral interventions and managing treatment plans, along with maintaining communication with the children and their families. I have also experienced the effectiveness of applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in a working environment to deliver measurable progress.
