I care more about how my children understand what they are learning than to rush them to complete their chapters. I like to be friendly with my children. I believe the respect should be earned by love and not with fear. I take time to teach my children and make sure they had understood what they are learning. If it was for a pre Kg or nursery kid I try to teach them with some games. I'll help them realise learning can be more interesting more than in one way. I listen to the children patiently and love to clear their doubts.
