I integrate my lessons with modern teaching methodologies. I facilitate my lessons, centering my learners in the learning process. I believe in my learner's potential and give them time to sharpen their skills and be apt students. I believe in integrity and hard work. I am passionate about my teaching.

Apart from this, I ensure learners not only perform in the final exam but also ensure that learning is impactful for the transformation of society.

Finally, what makes me a great teacher is the fact that I understand my learners and consider their differences as an avenue for making each learner unique. I'm not judgemental and value my learner's personal space. I believe in not just the educational aspect of learning but also the global aspect that can help foster the sustainable development goals necessary for a better world.

I believe that the interactions I have with the learners will help build their confidence and make them believe in themselves. They will also be able to interact well with others and work towards equity and justice.
