Experiential learning, demonstrative teaching, hybrid teaching, presentations, differentiated instruction, group learning, inquiry based learning. My teaching methodology revolves around clarity, engagement, and adaptability. I have 5 year experience in online and offline teaching. I use three teaching styles directing, discussing and delegating. The discussing style promotes learning by having students recall facts, analyze problems, brainstorm ideas, offer opinions, debate options, make decisions, and provide evidence for their positions. Communication is two way between teacher and students. Coaching occurs when the teacher ask questions that require students to evaluate the performance.
