I am Anold Kiprotich Kiprop a graduate of B.Ed (Science). My specialization subjects are Maths & Physics although I also teach Intergrated science in Junior school. Despite being trained teach in secondary schoool, I can teach in lower grades.
My teaching method is student centered because I believe that each students have their own strengths and weaknesses. I find my joy in inspiring and motivating learners to perfom better both in class and outside class as well as in promoting attitudes that promote success. My learners report substancial improvement in the continuous tests I give to track their progress.
I am well skilled in lesson planning, classroom management, attitude development, problem solving, creating an environment of curiosity in learning and also good in public speaking.
Teaching is sometimes more about asking good questions than it is about giving good answers. The nature of learning by questioning gives me a chance to invite my learners into the scientific way of thinking and inquiry. Inspiring my learners to develop scientific attitudes in their lives drives my passion and gives me joy.
