I ensure lessons are well-organized with clear objectives, instructions and transitions between topics. Positive reinforcement that's the best style for students as it builds confidence through encouragement, recognition of efforts and constructive feedback.
Basically I prefer Scaffold learning as it breaks down the complex topics into manageable steps and gradually building knowledge and skills.At present age, use of technology integrates digital tools, multimedia presentations to make learning more interactive and accessible and most importantly student-centered approach.
