I am a former Kenya Chess Champion and I have represented my country in United Arab Emirates and India in Chess Tournaments. I have been a private tutor since 2017 and made it my mission to ensure my students have an understanding of chess basics, strategies and tactics. I tutor privately or publicly two hours a day where I spend 45 minutes on the theoretical part while the remaining part is practicals. My tutoring practice is aimed at ensuring I find my student's strengths between tactical and positional games and tailoring the openings and middlegame strategies to it.
