Hello I am an ACE certified personal fitness coach having experience in the field of personal training since 2017. I specialise in weight management(loss/gain), strength training, posture corrective exercises, post surgery recovery exercises, general injury and rehabilitation training. I am also a level 1 certified kettlebell coach and a ACE approved certified nutritionist.
I am a highly motivated and organized professional looking forward to work with high end clients where i would be challenged with my skills and bring out the best result possible as per the clients requirements and needs.
