As a teacher using the facilitator style in the classroom i promot critical thinking among students and developing a learning model that allows for maximum retention of knowledge. In my class, students are encouraged to participate during instruction with questions and share thought processes used to problem solve. Students are encouraged to explore various techniques to answer questions and accomplish greater tasks pertaining to the content or skill being taught.
