As a teacher, there is one important thing that motives students. Student learn from known to unknown. I have deep passion for serving students and I have enrolled in several behavioral courses and emotional intelligence courses to help me facilitate my lessons with students. I available and consistent with good content mastery. I am result oriented and strive to help my students achieve excellence results. I like to facilitate and guide students to complete task on their own. Students are supposed to have a feel of the courses, with this I give out assignment and research work to help students explore for further experiences. I tolerate each other’s perspectives and make room for suggestions and further clarification. To know that my students are well impacted，specific curriculum is given to trace our progress. Teaching and mentoring is my passion and I love to be part of a student’s success story
