First I'll understand the students ability to listen,to learn, communication after that I'll go to their level so that my teaching will help them to understand what I'm teaching if the student clears that they are getting my point or they are understanding my teaching then only I'll continue my teaching other wise first I'll try to improve my teaching and try my best to do something for students, I jus want to help the students,I want to use my education to help someone needed I'm looking for this job just for gaining more experience more knowledge not for just earning money my main intention is to do something for students so that they can utilise my knowledge my teaching for their studies
