Hi there, i donot have any such prescribed particular method for study. I believe in problem solving and studying some hours regularly both in terms of writing and reading helps in growth etiquette of one's caliber and understanding thing properly. Foremost thing is discipline towards the subject matter will make you succeed.
Reading and problem solving may be the best option in subject like maths and knowing the basic fundamental things of the stuffs we do may provide us a better understanding for subject like science especially physics.
