I prepare teaching aids for each and every lesson,give assignment after every lesson,engage the learners while teaching,supervise and mark the exercises i give during the lesson.
I engage the learners in firld trips to prevent boredom.
I give Random assessment tests and continuous assessment tests and do corrections with the learners .i also ensure that the topical revision questions are done and revised thoroughly
Whenever the learners don't understand i revise with them together so that am able to know where there problem is.this makes me produce good grades from the learners.
I also get assessed during the lessons and that helps me identify the do's and the don'ts during learning.
Selection of peer teachers amongst the learners so that they are able to lead meaningful discussions with or without supervision
Formation of study groups also helps me identify the type of learners i have and they are able to discuss among themselves for the quiet learners.
Am hardworking and aim at producing good results and being free with the learners helps in creating a good rapport with the learners to avoid fear of consultation
