I use Pen tab,laptop,board and an android phone for taking online class for all subjects.Before taking class,I will provide a brief description about the topic.I emphasize student - centered approach and foster an environment where students feel safe to ask questions and explore their curiosities.I challenge students while providing support, helping them see failure as a stepping stone to success.I differentiated approach ensures that each student is challenged according to their ability, leading to overall higher achievement and confidence.I give each student the time they need to grasp concepts.providing extra support when necessary.I will give them more support to be strong to build their confidence to improve their career, and help them to face and to remove all their anxieties about their worried future. And also give them more and more support to be take steps forward. I will be very friendly to all the students that they can make me so easy to communicate and help to catch their problems easily but also solve their problems easily . I will be a strong supportive system for the students.
