I am a results-driven Senior Network Engineer specializing in combining technical, analytical, and business skills to lead projects focused on improving network and virtualization operations. I possess advanced knowledge of Cisco Systems / VMware / Linux to efficiently create and configure networks, provide maintenance, support, test and evaluate software to maximize network, virtualization and security performance. I also possess advanced knowledge on firewalls, switches, routing protocols, security endpoint and network monitoring software to effectively create a secure and stable infrastructure. My interest lies in consulting with clients and customers to solve problems and formulate a solution in a timely manner.

During my 6+ year career in telecommunications and IT management, I have held numerous roles showcasing my problem-solving and project management skills. In addition to these skills, I have showcased strategic planning skills as well, ideating strategies to improve work processes resulting in improved productivity, efficiency and security. In my current role as a Network & Virtualization Engineer, I have spearheaded the configuration of complex IT networks and virtualization designs while troubleshooting network issues, system failures and routing changes and updates. I have also revamped the overall IT infrastructure to further support day-to-day operations and future requirements and goals. I am passionate about continuous improvement as well and have developed many processes to improve network functionality for the business, remaining knowledgeable on innovative software and hardware that can be vetted and implemented to replace unsatisfactory IT components.
