I engage in peer collaboration and during staff development opportunities as well as peer observations of classroom strategies and assessment.

Developed and execute daily lesson plan to engage and challenge students understanding and involvement, played a key role in school curriculum revision projects that improve curriculum standard by 15% to 20% and my greatest achievement was when I founded an after- school tutoring initiative that improve the academic performance of over 50 students who are struggling with some key subjects.
