I can motivate to learn more those who are average and learn to understand the basics those who are unable to understand. I have many results in making children motivated. I will try to make children to understand the topic easily with using social eand daily life and play way and gaming methods. iI will always make students to write on their own words not by reading byhearting the given text. In maths also I give more examples as possible. Hand writting skills also l can develop to make them more confident.
